The BURRINO is a hard paste cheese, a typical product of the Sila highland, in Calabria.

The weight goes from 100g to 300g. It has a “caciocavallo style” pear-shape, but it is filled with hard fresh butter. The taste is strong and peculiar. The maturation process lasts at least one month.
